At this time, we are only able to ship books and other products to addresses in the United States. Shipping prices are calculated in real time by USPS—we do not set and cannot amend these ourselves. International shoppers are welcome to enquire about a custom quote on their order by reaching out to our team via email at info@protector-romance.com

Important note: we do not offer refunds for any orders that are returned by the shipping carrier, rejected, or undeliverable. We have no way of knowing your address beyond what you enter during the checkout process. Please double check your shipping information during checkout and provide a phone number for the shipping carrier to contact you in the event of a delivery issue. We are not responsible for resending packages or refunding orders for customers who have entered the wrong address or move addresses before receiving their order.

Processing and Shipping Times

Typically, orders take 1-12 business days to process after you receive an order confirmation. Our processing time also depends on available stock—if your order is placed on hold it is because we are awaiting items to fulfill your order. Your order will not ship until all items are in stock.

Note: Our processing times do not include shipping times. To understand when you can expect your order, you must add our processing time to the estimated shipping time. Paying for priority shipping will only affect your shipping time, NOT our processing times. Shipping charges are for shipping times only.

Once your order leaves us, the time it takes to reach you will depend on the shipment process with USPS and the method you chose. We cannot control how USPS handles your package or if your order takes longer than time estimated by USPS.

Your package may experience shipping delays during periods of high-volume, including the holiday season.

Missing Packages

If you receive a delivery notification but the package is not in your mailbox or on your doorstep, you should do the following immediately:

  • Verify that the shipping address you provided is correct.
  • Check for confirmation that the delivery was completed via doorbell camera, asking other members of the household, or reaching out to neighbors.
  • Contact your local mail carrier and follow their instructions for reporting a missing package.
  • Upon the conclusion of your mail carrier’s investigation, if it is determined that your package was lost or damaged, please contact us with all of the details so we can work towards a resolution, which may include store credit or a replacement at our discretion.
