Refund Policy

Orders for personalized books cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded once they have been prepared for shipping. If you want a signed book with a personalized message, you must include this in your original order notes.

If you order a book in error, or have made a mistake in the requested personalization, please notify us immediately so we can make the necessary corrections and include your order number and any changes that need made. Once an order is prepared for shipping, orders cannot be amended.

We do not offer refunds for any orders which are returned, rejected, or marked undeliverable by a shipping carrier. Please double check your shipping information is correct and provide a phone number during checkout so that the shipping carrier may contact you in the event of a concern.

If you receive an item which is incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email at operations@cj-publishing.com with your order number and and pictures of the incorrect items so that we can correct the error as soon as possible.

We do our best to ensure your items leave us wrapped well for their journey, but we are not responsible for small damages that may happen in the course of the normal shipping process. If, however, your item arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can offer a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
